Here is seven ways that men can improve within themselves to become more attractive to women. This is just a beginning and there are far more than just seven.

1. Stop being Needy - You do not need approval from any woman. I don’t care how beautiful you think she is. If she senses that you are a needy approval seeker, then your chances are zero from the start. You need to be confident in yourself and your own actions. Stop doing things so the social group will accept you. You do not need to manipulate the situation to achieve approval from a woman. Stop seeking approval.
2. Stop Apologizing - I used to be one of those guys who apologized for anything and everything. Do not do it. I say this with some caution because there are exceptions. If you run her dog over, you had better damn well apologize to her, or you may not live for much longer. Stop apologizing for anything that you do that someone else does not like. You do not need to apologize to get approval. Once you stop apologizing for every little thing you do, you will gain respect because you will know when its truly appropriate to apologize. When you do apologize for something you truly should, and genuinely do feel sorry for, it will mean more.
3. Know Your Purpose - Know your path in life, and stay focused on it. When you know your own personal purpose for you own life, you will be less influenced. This will help you be your own person. Women are attracted to men who know what they are doing. When you know your purpose, you can fine tune it and achieve success. Once you find your purpose you will become more confident in yourself and in your life. Women are attracted to confidence so make sure you have a reason if you are going to act confident.
4. Stop Whining - You do not need to whine or complain in your life. If you have a problem that you think deems your complaining necessary, then you are wrong. It is your own personal perception of the situation, not the situation itself. Women do not want to hear you complain. Change your perception of the situation and take control of your life.
5. Stop Trying to Impress Her - Showing off, talking big game, spending too much money on her, giving her too many compliments, trying to say unique and original things, or trying to talk intelligent - all these things men do because they think it will impress women. These things do not impress women. They do the opposite. You become like every other man she has met
6. Hygiene - Pay attention to every detail of your personal hygiene, dress, posture, and voice tone. Pay attention to the details. You will be a tremendous amount more attractive to women if you pay attention to yourself. When you care about yourself and you do it well, then she will trust you and think you are attractive. Other people will respect you more and treat you with a higher status.
7. Stop Predictability - If you are boring and predictable, then you will not attract many women. I’m not saying you need to be the life of the party, but it wouldn’t hurt. If you are not interesting, then what is going to make women want to be around you? Take control of your life and make decisions and be confident about it.
